How about that heat yesterday! This summer so far we've been spared the serious heat by a cooling seabreeze that's fending off the hot air from the west. Yesterday we weren't so lucky; I reckon it must have hit at least 40˚ on the sand at Manly.
This morning's a weird one. It's humid with thundery storms rumbling out west and a combo of dust and smoke in the air.
There's plenty of potential for waves this morning with +4ft of chunky NE wind swell. My swim this morning was hard work ;so much water moving and raw, rogue sets popping up all over the place. Once the swell settles a bit and the wind sets its course from the south I reckon there'll be some real good ones!
Enjoy the long weekend!
