Is there a better way to start the week than in the surf? I'm sure all the runner-types around town these days might disagree but I'm standing firm on it. Nothing sets up the week like a Monday sunrise immersed in the ocean. Even if it's jumbled nor-east wind swell you ask? Yeah I still think it trumps most things... especially if water's 24 degrees and the sun's out.

Waves weren't amazing but it was still a beautiful morning out there. We're due a southerly change sometime soon which might initially do us a little favour and help smooth things out.
