Morning. How you guys going out there? Anyone else feeling a little cabin fever? My mind's been wandering to trips up the coast and uncrowded beaches; I even had a dream of travelling overseas one last night last week. Airports, foreign foods, exotic smells, all those extra sensory experience of being somewhere new. Even Whale Beach would probably feel a bit like that right now.

If you're looking for a change of scenery, the good news is this week it's coming to us and we don't even have to go anywhere. We're in for a big change of weather and a solid south swell blasting up the coast. From 27 degrees today to 16 tomorrow with a chance of a storm and a heap of rain. You're going to feel like you're on holidays.. kind of.

Waves today? There's a little short period NE wind swell out there. Looks weak but almost surfable.
