Way We Were
How's going out there? Feeling the four walls creeping closer or are you getting your fair share of sunshine and salty brine? We've been pretty lucky here with the concessions for outdoor exercise and access to the beach while the lockdown and social distancing measures are in place. Seem's like everyone's taken up some sort of exercise routine in the morning's these days, the weather's ripe for it!
Today's post is a throwback to pre-COVID-19 and all this social distancing and exercise-only beach access. Most of the pictures are from January 1, 2019. That was a big day for the beaches! Public Holiday, perfect weather, sunshine and a NYE hangover meant that everyone in Sydney was looking for a stretch of sand to layout a towel and refresh in whatever body of water they could find. It was Sydney in all it's summer glory.
I don't know when, but one day we'll be back on the sand with the towel and the beach umbrella setting up for a full day of leisure (with five thousand of your closest mates)!
