The picnic weekend was in full swing on every available slice of open space. You get the feeling like there's a whole bunch of pent-up good times ready to spill out on to the beaches, parks and harbour. It's going to be a summer like no other...

This morning's it a bit cooler outside with a brisk sou-wester fanning a change in weather. There's a few showers forecast with possible small hail. The change is going to come with a sharp jump in south swell this afternoon and throughout tomorrow. As for now, it's tiny; barely surfable on the biggest board you've got. But, it's starting to build already...
