All was reasonable calm on the beach this morning. There's signs of the south swell out to sea but it's mostly sailing on past us. Even the wind was relatively quiet this morning. If you had the day off there'd be a few places worth a check this morning...

This afternoon it's all going to ramp up a notch or two with strong winds and a really big south swell pushing up the coast for tomorrow, Friday and beyond. While most of the energy will be going straight past us in Manly and the wind is going to be wild at the peak of the swell, there might be some moments as the winds fade on the other side.
