Another sensational morning out there. Clean crisp autumn air and warm sunshine when it eventually broke free of the clouds. It's prime conditions for a swim and Cabbage Tree Bay and the southern corner are sheltered from the sharp sou'wester and pick of the spots. The water's warmer than the air so there's no hesitation, just dive on in!

The south swell is zipping past Manly barely raising a ripple. I'd say there'd still be something surfable on the south-facing beaches if you're keen.
