It’s a mixed bag of clouds, sunshine, rain and fun waves this morning. Not sure if it’s much bigger than yesterday but there was a definite sense of increased energy in the swell. The early offshore wind’s have been doing their best to groom clean a fairly unruly swell. Overall, I’d say it’s worth a paddle.

Tully & Declan - If you tuned into the local action during the Sydney Surf Pro you would have noticed a couple of of Manly’s finest excelling in the WSL World Longboard Tour event. Tully White and Declan Wyton excelled in Manly and both currently sit third in the World Championship ratings. That puts them in a pretty solid spot to make a tilt at the title at the final 2 events of the World Longboard Tour beginning in the US next month. The local community is throwing their support behind these two home-grown athletes with a mega raffle and fundraising event to be held at Hotel Steyne this Sunday.
