Happy Monday, happy March and happy autumn to you! It's a beautiful morning and it feels every bit like summer out there today; warm and humid even before the sun was up. Considering our first 6 weeks of summer were a haze of smoke, a run of bonus warmth deep into autumn might be a welcome state of affairs.

There's a fresh long-period swell lining up the south-facing beaches and a light NNW wind - that's a good combo. It's two foot with solid 4 footers when the long-period south swell lines push through. I could hardly see the waves from the sand at Freshy as there was so much sea-mist/haze around but things were looking pretty good on the cams just now.... good day for a late start.
