Friday Feels

Hello. G'day. Happy Friday to you! Seems as though things are starting to feel a little more like normal round these parts. Remember a couple of months back? Man, I hardly knew what day it was back then! Today definitely has the feels of a Friday. Yep, we're tipping towards the weekend and it's a good thing!

These days it seems like people are back on the old schedule of sneaking in an early surf in before work. Unlike during lockdown, the crowds this week have been easing at the same time the roads start to fill up with commuters - Sydney traffic is back! I even took the time for a paddle myself this morning at the leisurely time of 8:30am. Good to see the old city rhythms coming back to the beaches.

There were some fun little waves about on both sides of the Queenscliff Headland this morning. It was only 2ft but the sand's good, the wind's offshore, the sun out and the water was full of all those Friday good vibes.

Have a good arvo, enjoy the weekend!
