We're in for a hot one in Sydney today; a top of 41˚ with thick smoke in the air! I hope you managed to sneak a little refreshing ocean time this morning or maybe you convince your boss that you'll be far more efficient working from home close to the fridge. After all, nothing regains the the afternoon focus like a dip in the ocean!

This morning we've got a short-period wind swell from the nor'east. It's peaky, kind-a punchie and looks a whole lot of fun! The wind's going to be offshore 'til early arvo so slop on a litre of sunscreen and a t-shirt and get out there!
