This Time...

Freshie Vivid

Given the summer of rain we've endured it certainly feels like we deserved an extended long weekend of sunshine, fun east swell and fine conditions. And a what a weekend it was! For now it might be time to head back to the office, at least for some of us, but not before one more spectacular sunrise and a fun morning of waves over the hill at Freshie.

I reckon the Easter holiday period is a one of the best times of the year in Sydney. We get light winds and offshore mornings combining with that leftover summer ocean warmth and east trade-wind swells. We're talking boardshort surfs in glassy conditions with a crisp, cool morning air; the best of both worlds.

The east swell is still streaming in this morning albeit with a slight surface bump to it. It's perhaps not picture perfect conditions, but plenty of fun to be had and the water's starting to clear up.

PROJECT BLANK - If you're looking for a wetsuit as we transition through the seasons, take a look at the Project Blank range. They're got you covered from Sydney summer through to the coolest of winters. Use SPROUT10 for 10 percent off your order.

Enjoy!
