Hello! How's 2024 going for you so far? We're 18 days in and I've finally dusted off the gear and wandered out for a sunrise gander. It's been a warm and incredibly humid summer so far, I can't remember experiencing the kind of thick tropical air we've had in Sydney over the last few weeks. It's a long way from the hot, dry summer that was being talked about back in Spring. 

This morning the sun's made a triumphant comeback and there's a bonus offshore wind doing its best to gently iron out the bumps from the easterly wind swell. It's lost a bit of size from the punchy waves on offer the last couple of days but it's cleaned up a touch and worth a paddle, even if it's just to rinse off from the humidity.

Good to be back on the tools. It'll be a bit casual from now til the start of February but stay turned online and on Instagram.
