It's a cool and crisp Monday morning out there! It was 10 degrees when I stepped outside at 6:15 and that sou-westerly wind was biting at every bit of exposed skin; a not-so-gentle reminder that winter is a matter of weeks away. It's coming whether you're ready for it or not! I don't mind the cool, but it'll be sad to say goodbye to autumn, it's been a real good one!

Hope you got your fill of waves over the weekend as there's not much left of it this morning. Even the south-facing Freshwater was lacking anything more than the odd waist-high set. Want to surf? Take some foam! The good news is that the swell's set to build again from the south this afternoon and tomorrow we're back to head-high plus. Beauty!
