After a rainy start, the day looks to have come good out there. Sun was shining and there was ample blue sky last time I had a peek out the window.

On the ocean we've got a faint hum of energy out of the east today adding a little swell back to the Manly to Queenscliff stretch... feels like it's been ages! It was bumpy and disorganised first thing but you get the feeling it might clean up a bit as the morning progresses. That's an optimist's view, which, as a surfer, is the only way really. Maybe worth another look before the wind comes up...
