Stepping In
Yesterdays missing swell has arrived, or at least it's finally angled around enough to make an impact on our beaches. It's not having much impact at Manly (shoulder high) however I suspect there'd be double the size on the more exposed beaches, especially once the tide drains a touch. Worth a chase up the beaches I'd say. The sun's out and all-day offshores are on the cards. Seen the weather forecast? It's sunshine to the horizon! How lucky are we!
This afternoon I'm packing my bags for 10 days sailing in the famed waters of the Indonesian archipelago. Three boards, a camera and a handful of mates with nothing on the agenda but to surf. Oh yeah, it's the dream! I'll try and post one of two times if we get within range of 3G, otherwise I'll tell you all about when I'm back in town.
Catch you sooner or later!
