The sunshine was brief this morning but it coincided with a light puff of offshore wind giving the very beginning of the day true glimmer. Waves were small and clean, the sun was shinning and it looked like we were in for a goodie... but alas, that was snuffed out around 7am when the southerly set in and the clouds rolled over with intermittent showers. It's a different day now. 

I had a glance at the ocean about a half hour ago and it wasn't offering much appeal. A good day to get some work done I reckon.
