Feels like we're living in the tropics these days. Warm humid days, afternoon and evening showers and steamy nights. At our place, we've got to choose between being hot and stuffy, or attacked by mosquitos as we sleep. So far we've gone with the former, although with the temp set to hit 37 in Sydney today, it could be a tempting to invite the mozzies in tonight.  There's a cool change forecast to drift through Sydney around midnight tonight... looking forward to it.

It was a lovely morning out on the sand early.  The ocean's lure is cool and sweet and hard to resist when you wake up and it's 23 degrees already, it's no wonder the beach is bustling before 6am. The bonus today was a neat little 1-2ft nor'east swell and still, glassy conditions. I wish i'd taken my board down before the high-tide snuffed it out.
