The sun's out, wind's offshore and there's still plenty of residual east-south-east corduroy lining up into our beaches. It's smaller but the sets are still nudging head-high and it's as clean as. The only thing gloomy is the prospect of an extended lockdown hanging heavy overhead for us Sydneysiders. We've been here before and we'll get through it but man what a drag!

While we're all modifying our behaviours, keeping inside, doing the safe thing outside don't forget to support your local neighbourhood businesses. Reduced mobility and stay-at-home orders have a real and direct impact on our favourite cafe's, restaurants, bakers and retail shops. Check in with your favourite locals via instagram and see what they're doing to keep the wheels in motion while the Delta brakes are on us.
