We're in prime swim time. You know that time of the year when temperatures in and out of the water come closer to alignment in the mornings and diving into the ocean as pleasurable as it is salubrious. I try and make it a daily routine year-round, but at this time of the year it's hard to imagine a day kicking off without a at least a dunk in the brine.
Manly is tailor made for swimming. You can go oceanside, or venture harbourside; off the sand or off the rocks. Some go way out to sea beyond the shark nets and some stay within the comfortable confines of one of the three ocean pools within a stone's throw of Manly. There's snorkler's, racer's, body whompers and floaters - whatever takes your fancy, you can do it in Manly.
