Hope you're feeling somewhat dry this morning, feels like everything is wet all the time these days. We had the odd rain drop this morning but most of the showers stayed off the coast. It's official, Sydney has had the wettest year on record and with two and half months to go and a third La Niña on our doorstep, 2022 is sure to extend the record further.
This morning the ocean is a bit of a soup of stormwater and lagoon outflows. It's not the most appealing outlook but there is a lumpy little east swell and the winds are light enough if you're keen. Should be some shoulder to head-high swell out of the east for most of the week.
Mr Pipeline, Gerry Lopez along with film maker Stacy Peralta are in town this week for two screenings of The Yin & Yang of Gerry Lopez. I suspect both screenings are sold out or close to it so check the info and trailer here if you want to source some tickets.
