How are the arms feeling? Mine are well and truely cooked after a big couple of days of surfing. From double overhead on Saturday morning to cooking kegs at lunchtime it's been a feast of quality waves for the last couple of days. The swell has been slowly tapering off since a peaking late Friday afternoon but the whole weekend was solid. I'd say just about everywhere on the Eastern Seaboard must have had waves over the weekend - hope you found a couple!

This morning its mellowed considerable, but still there's the odd +3ft set sneaking through. Sun's out and the wind's offshore. Even my tired arms are tempted for another paddle.
