Fluky

Fluky

It's day three of south swell and it's still rolling in with solid sets and long accommodating lulls. There's been a handful of moments when the banks at home seem to be handling the direction and size. It's a fluky proposition of tide, the right sized wave and the perfect angle but every now and then one hits the bank just right and throws up a draining little tube. Even I managed a little tunnel mid afternoon yesterday; one outta ten ain't bad.

This morning your options are almost unlimited. You'll find everything from 2 footers to double-overhead reef slabs, depending on exposure to the south swell and what you're in to. Or, more likely you have to go to work like me... maybe tomorrow.

No shortage of swell and winter sun in store for us over the long weekend.
Stay safe, stay warm and have a good one!
