Vitamin D

Sunrise Strolling

Absolute bucketloads of sunshine out there today. I've been basking in it shedding the jacket for a t-shirt and soaking up as much of the winter rays as I could handle; vitamin D generation has hit a winter peak. It's been some time since we've had a full day of sunshine and blue sky so it's worth getting outside and taking advantage before the drizzle sneaks back in.

There's a fun little east swell about and hardly a breath of wind. The tide was a touch low first thing this morning and I got the feeling it might improve with a little more water on it. Great conditions and worth a paddle, even if it's just for the sunshine.

Have a great day - enjoy the sunshine!
