That was a weekend of seriously wild weather! I can't remember wind and rain as consistent and prolonged, it's no wonder we're waking up to an altered landscape outside. The Manly Lagoon has morphed into a wide river delta, there's trees and branches down everywhere and what's left of the sand is strewn with debris, plastic and polystyrene balls. Big salute to all those that were walking the sand cleaning up this morning!

The swell's eased with the wind this morning, it's still big and unruly with rogue sets. All the sand movement and lighter winds could mean some quality is around the corner, as long as your stomach's up for it.
