Colourful Bay
The sun's back and the south swell is hanging in there despite yesterday's northerlies. Once again the high-tide swallowed any chance for an early wave at Queenscliff but south-facing beaches are nudging head-high on the sets. We had a nice little spread of colour this morning with pinks and oranges highlighting the northern sky; good day to be up early.
How you enjoying the extra hour? This week's had a real mid-summer feel to it with the warmth and early sunrises. Nothing beats being able to roll out of the house at 5:45 and surf/swim in boardshorts to get the day started. I like this time of the year...
