Duality
Split
It was a morning of two parts out there today. Storm clouds and a grey ocean eventually gave was to blue sky and sunshine with the only constant the wind. There's a strong and gusty breeze from the west and a very slight nor'est swell trying its best to break in the face of the relentless offshore. It was surfable at first light, but only just. Once the tide rises and the wind knocks this swell flat I don't think there'll be much left at all.
The strong westerlies are going to be with us for a couple of days and there's a small bump in south swell forecast for tomorrow. Fingers crossed a little swell slips in under the wind.
Catch you tomorrow.
