The waves are up this morning with a solid 4-5ft of SE swell that started to fill in yesterday afternoon.  There's plenty of grunt to the swell and although the Southerly wind is ripping into it there's some gems to be found amongst the gravel of you've got the patience and know where to look. Tomorrow the swell's going to ease a touch and swing in from a more Easterly direction.  Combo that with a little more Westerly angle in the wind and we should see some decent waves for the weekend.
