Hope you managed to catch a little of that sunrise this morning, it was a true stunner!  So many different layers of clouds lighting up and a glassy sea pinging the colours right back like a mirror.   One of the better sunrise's I've been up for so far this year. The swell's backed right off this morning.  The only real energy present is a weak bump from the East; feels a bit like a Summer wind swell.  Might be a little rise from the South later in the afternoon if you're keen.
