:: Sustain

The South Swell continues to stream through Sydney this morning. We've had a great run with this swell; 5+ days already and a couple of days to run. It's rare for a South Swell to sustain so long but no ones complaining. Queenscliff to North Steyne has some pretty neat banks breaking up the swell but further south it's way too straight. There was some nice light about this morning until about 2 minutes before I swam out with my camera when the heavy clouds blew over. Ah well, sometimes you score, sometimes you don't.

Today is International Surfing Day so if you don't get a chance to actually surf, maybe join the celebrations at Deck Bar in Dee Why where the Surfrider Foundation are throwing their Winter Solstice Jam.
