:: Sunset Slide

After a day of rain yesterday the sun finally popped its head out for ten minutes as it slipped behind the Sunshine Coast Hinterland late in the afternoon. It was only brief and caught me off guard and out of position in a sun shower at Tea Tree Point but I managed to jag a couple of silhouetted frames as the loggers passed through sunset shimmer.

The waves have come up a touch this morning and the sun looks like it might shine all day (touch wood!). There's some fun looking peelers on First Point for the contest and even better waves further out at The National Park. Tomorrow I should have a good mix of contest and free surfing coverage for your viewing pleasure.
