The beautiful sunrises keep coming but someones turned off the swell this morning. The high tide and drop in swell left a few feet dangling in the water. Still the water's still warm and it's the best place to watch the sunrise. There's a few things happening in Manly this weekend: Tomorrow morning the "World Log Riding Exhibition" is back at North Steyne with some talented traditionalist from home and abroad including CJ Nelson and Robin Kegal.

Sunday Sydney gets its first taste of Surfers Healing. Surfers Healing has been sharing the joy of surfing with autism spectrum kids since 1998. The full crew of watermen that tour the US doing Surfers Healing days be in Manly this Sunday and Monday. Click here for details
