It's a classic Summer story out there today - full sky of sun and a top of 29 degrees. The Nor-East sea breeze and morning high-tide has made soup of the surf but it's such nice day you'd surf it just to get in. The water temp is 21 degrees and nudging its way up.  Wonder what it'll get to this year?
