Stroll to the Sea

Taking a stroll along the beach this morning was a bit of a lottery. Some serious clouds looming over North Head meant that rain was inevitable and being stuck on the beach with a handful of camera gear ain't ideal. So I kept one eye to the South and the other to the sea; interesting mini front came through about 7am. The banks were a bit of a lottery as well with a ton of closeouts and only the very occasional peelers. There's plenty of South Swell out on the horizon but I'm afraid it's not ideal for Man Town. Maybe the flooding tide might being happier tidings. A Dog's Tale, the life and times of Dean Morrison, is launching at Balgowlah RSL along with Cyrus Sutton's Stoked and Broke this Friday. Two ripping films showing for free! That's right, nicks! If you want to go you'd better get online and RSVP to Dane at VAS.
