We're back on the smooth and offshore program this morning.  Yesterday's consistent Nor-Easter has blown up a weak little NE wind swell; it's small but workable. For the rest of the week we've got a stead rise in East swell and if the models that the forecasters are showing right now prove correct, we may have some significant swell by the weekend.  That'd be nice.
