Slow going down the beach this morning.  Except for a brief glow of colour as the sun fought its way over the horizon it was mostly a grey and overcast start to the day   There's no wind and conditions are smooth and glassy but the swell's a lackluster 1-2ft from the E.  You'll need plenty of patience and a ton of foam under your feet to satisfy the surfing urge today. The forecast for the week ahead isn't offering much hope for an increase in swell either.  Let's peep our fingers crossed for a little windswell to sneak in under the radar.
