:: Silk

The ocean was dressed in silk this morning with just a light fog rising off the sea's surface adding to the texture.  These kind of days every direction through the viewfinder looks a picture. I normally shoot 300 frames in a morning session; today was double and then some, couldn't help myself.

The swell's holding in there at 2ft+ from the ESE and there's some new banks in formation mode at Queenscliff.  Shallow bank here, deep rip there.  Seem's like there's just enough swell to be shifting the sand around without ripping it too far off the coast and destroying the banks altogether.
