On mornings like this it's hard to jump out of bed and into the daily routine.  But if you do, you can guarantee you'll find some quiet time to yourself.  Whether its a solo swim or time reading under an umbrella in the rain there's a gentle, slower pace to days like these. The swell's tiny today and what energy is there is being swamped by a huge mid-morning high-tide of almost 2 metres.  There's promise of a fresh South Swell tomorrow but there'll be a bit of wind with it.

Word on the street is that The Sugarmill closing up shop and moving to new locales and the ether of cyberspace.  It's bittersweet news for those that have shopped, sipped and rocked at their iconic Narrabeen Store over the last 3 years.  Get down there this weekend, tell them you're going to miss 'em and grab yourself a massive bargain at their Moving Sale
