:: Peaked

The swell really jumped up rapidly over the weekend, hope you managed to sample a bit.  Late Saturday afternoon I paddled out into vertually flat 1ft log sliders and within a a couple of hours we were surfing 3-4ft screamers.  The South swell was building by the minute and every set was bigger than the last. The swell's peaked and it's on the decline but there's still plenty of energy out there morning.  Queenscliff looked frustraiting straight at first light but there were just enough holding up to raise hopes and with 30 degrees on the cards for today who wouldn't be up for a paddle?

Right now there's just a light Westerly keeping it clean but it'll swing around to the North sooner or later.  Take your chances while you can.
