Bit of a dark, greyish morning out there today.  I hung out waiting for the sun to pop out over the clouds but it never quite got up and over. At first light my conclusion was it was barely surfable.  But surfers are optimisitc bunch and the grommets and longboarders out at North Steyne were working the 1 footers with surprising efficency.  I guess you got to paddle out to really know.
