No sign of Tony Abbott down on the sand this morning; his new job might not allow him much time for a morning paddle. Good thing for the surfers of Manly but perhaps not for the country. I mean, surely nothing gets you in the right frame of mind to run a country like a quick 45mins in the water at Queensie. Or maybe it was just that the new PM didn't like the look of the 1-2ft of weak windswell on offer and took the chance for a swift cycle instead. Tomorrow's going to be a Spring scorcher. 29 degrees on the thermometer and warm Nor-Wester's. Find yourself some a/c or get yourself in the water. Catch you tomorrow :: Murray
