Feels like Spring is in the air already doesn't it.  The weekend in Manly Town was just sensational and the Spring conditions continued this morning.  There's no waves on offer as the Westerlies have all but blown the swell away so forget about surfing today.  If you're a banker and you've got the day off, add snorkeling or a paddleboard to the agenda.  It doesn't get much calmer out there than what's on offer today. There's plently of sunshine coming but the next chance of swell is a couple of days off with Wednesday showing a small swell coming in from the due south.  It probably won't give us much to play with but fingers crossed for a little rise and something to surf on the exposed stretches.

Congratulations to Julian Wilson for taking out the US Open of Surfing at Huntington Beach, CA.  Can we add Julian's Gold to our Olympic medal count? Hey, we're desperate!  Maybe with his US Title in the bag we'll see Julian in Manly next year trying to chalk up Open titles on both sides of the Pacific!!??  That'd be a treat!
