If you've got the day off today get down to Manly and give the local fella's a bit of love.  Dayyan, Nick Riley, Dan Karren, Luke Cheadle and Beau Mitchell all surfing in Round 1 today.  Dayyan is in the water as I type sitting on a pair of 4.6's in third position.  The waves aren't exactly pumping right now but there might be a little more push as the tide fills in.  This morning's light was beautiful as the sun and rain traded blows, unfortunately it looks like the rain has won and set in for the day. Tonight get down to The Surfing World Bar in the Manly Pacific for a little bit of Local Love.  We've got Ashleigh Mannix playing an acoustic set, some food, a local's keg and all round good vibes.  See you there!!

PS.  Dayyan took the heat with a 7.10 in the last minute to advance through to the round of 96.  Sah!
