:: First Light Flare

It's getting down to the business end of the Australian Open of Surfing at Manly and the warm up sessions in the morning are a veritable flare up!  With conditions small and a light onshore blowing for the competition the surfers know that getting their aerial act in order will be key to winning their heat and advancing through to the big money rounds.  Josh Kerr is in the water now blowing up with a couple of huge airs - he's so good at aerial surfing that he'd probably do OK in the Beach Bowl come this afternoon when it kicks off. Waves are fun, plenty of action in and out of the water.  Check the Facebook page for a bunch of pics from yesterday.
