I heard all about Sydney's sunrise yesterday, people were even talking about it way up in Byron Bay and the social media channels were alight with pictures. It's a good time of year a collective sunrise experience, the sun's not rising at some obscene hour (6:52am seems pretty manageable) so we're all (mostly) up for it. This morning was somewhat of an encore on yesterday's performance. It wasn't the full light-up but we had a brief burn of pink tipped clouds and strips of light. And then of course, back to clouds and the incoming rain as the best sunrises tend to do.

Plenty of Nor-East wind swell out there this morning if you light the short period stuff and some breeze in your hair.
